Our Delivery Policy

Delivery of Trophies & Awards

We send all orders using a signed for courier service courtesy of DPD local or Hermes. When the order leaves you will receive an email to say the order has been sent. 


We aim to dispatch your order in 5 working days where ever possible but this can change due to the size of the order and how busy we are. Delivery on all orders will be within 5-10 working days. Small orders and one off items are usually dispatched in 3 working days. Larger or more complex orders however, may take up to working 10 days depending on trophy engraving requirements (such as glass), how busy we are and also the size of the order. 
If you have a specific date when you require your trophies please let us know so that we are able to deliver in time for that special event. 
Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
You can  send us an email with a preferred delivery date etc. If you have any doubts as to whether or not we are able to deliver on time for your presentation date, please contact us before placing your order.
Prices and Delivery costs

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include VAT.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the delivery cost. All these costs are clearly set out in your shopping basket before you submit your order.


IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee a delivery date for any order. We always do our absolute best to get orders out as quickly as possible but we can not be held responsible if the order does not arrive in time for your event.
There is always a possibility that the package can be delayed with the courier which is completely out of our hands but you will always receive tracking details to keep an eye on the order.


Delivery of Personalised Gifts

All personalised gift orders will be sent via Hermes or Royal Mail and will be dispatched at least within 5 days of receiving the order unless we contact you.

Items will also be tracked.

All orders despatched by first class post are not insured. while DPD/Hermes courier deliveries are insured for over £100.00

Orders that are sent by 1st class post: We do not accept responsibility for these orders if they are lost, stolen or arrive damaged in transit. NB. 1st Class Post is not a tracked or guaranteed next day delivery service.

The Royal Mail state that any item despatched by 1st class post should be allowed up to 15 working days for delivery, please see the following link.

Orders that are sent by Tracked Delivery and Carrier: We are able to track these orders, but please be advised that your goods are not insured for consequential loss. If you require this service we can provide this at additional cost. Please contact the sales office for further information.

If you are unable to check your goods on delivery, please write unchecked on the delivery paperwork before signing. You must notify us of any discrepancies found with your order within 3 working days and retain all packaging.

All orders over the value of £99 are delivered FREE of charge.

Delivery schedule: We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of placing your order or on approval of your artwork. This is subject to stock availability and the size of your order. We will advise you of a delivery date if we cannot deliver within the aforementioned schedules.

If you specify a delivery date we will despatch your goods by your chosen method and by the despatch date requested. You will be advised if this cannot be achieved. We will not accept responsibility for goods delayed by your selected carrier

Collection: Your order can be collected from our business premises during displayed opening times.

Artwork: We endeavour to email artwork within 3 working days of receipt of paid order. Please ensure that you amend/approve your artwork as soon as possible in order to achieve your specified despatch date. We do not accept responsibility for late approvals which delay the despatch date. NB. Artwork will be forwarded to you in the exact form that it will be produced. It is important that you do not authorise artwork unless it matches your requirements exactly. Due to the volume of orders we will not accept responsibility for artwork not authorised for production, it is imperative that your email address is correct and that you monitor your emails for artwork/production/despatch information to avoid delays. NB we reserve the rights to use images created as advertising media on our web site, if this is not acceptable please contact our customer helpline.
